The Fair Board has once again contracted with Jones &  Company Carnival, from Richmond Missouri, to provide the carnival entertainment at this years Stover Fair. They have been very well received in the past and we are excited to welcome them back again this year. They are a family owned and operated business providing carnival rides, games, and concessions for festivals, fairs, and other celebrations in Missouri, Kansas, and Iowa. They have served states in the Midwest since 1986.

Jones &  Company Carnival is committed to providing a clean, safe environment for the many thousands of patrons who ride each year.  Each ride is inspected daily with a daily inspection log.  They are inspected by their insurance company, the State of Missouri, and the State of Iowa annually. They also have each ride metalurgically tested twice a year.

Jones & Company Carnival employees are trained to the highest standards. Employees are required to submit to a drug test to ensure the safety of their guests. Background checks are also mandatory for employment. Employees are all well groomed and in uniform. The employees work hard to provide their patrons with a pleasurable experience rain or shine, hot or cold.  We hope you appreciate their dedication.

Nightly arm bands will be sold on site for $25 per person. Wrist bands may be used on Thursday and Friday from 6:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
